The Story In a Nutshell

Determined to make it in the music business, a young musician finds her budding romance just became complicated and her dreams put on hold as she tries to save her family's land from her new beau's conniving business mogul aunt.

Leah Holder is a Toronto-based actor, director/ dramaturg, and playwright. In whichever field, she predominantly works in the creation of new work. She is the playwright of the sold out production MARY OF SHANTY BAY and was the Company Dramaturg of Theatre by the Bay from 2020-2024. Leah is a graduate of George Brown College, proud member of the Playwrights Guild of Canada and is from New Brunswick.
