Michael is a veteran television writer/producer/director. His career has primarily been writing, producing and directing television commercials. He has also produced and directed dozens of music videos, an after-school series for ‘tweens’ and several documentaries. He taught creative writing at the college level.

As a screen writer and playwright, he has produced and directed, AND EVER, a short film.

He created and co-wrote A CHRISTMAS NOTE-A JUKE BOX MUSICAL featuring the songs of Canadian Country Music Hall of Famer, Jason McCoy. The musical was performed as a staged reading.

He wrote, and directed, THERE ARE ENEMIES, a comedy that was included in the Barrie Theatre Festival in 2026.

Michael is working on a new murder mystery/comedy, MURDER IS AN ART FORM, that was inspired by his artist daughter who was snowed in at an artist retreat in the Green Mountains of Vermont.

He has several plays in his arsenal that are waiting patiently to be turned into full length scripts.
